24 – Season Eight Promos

Kiefer Sutherland is back for the eighth and possibly final year of 24 which this time around takes place in New York. Returning characters include fan favorite from last season Renee Walker, President Allison Taylor, Kim Bauer, and Chloe O’Brien. The biggest additions to the cast are Freddie Prinze Jr. and Katee Sackhoff. After a terrible sixth season the show was much improved last year though there was a very questionable twist along the way.

Two promo videos have leaked out for the coming season. The premiere will be January 17th 2010 with the same two night four hour event that has been used to kick off previous seasons.

Lol. I was just thinking that myself about how I don't really watch an entire series of anything except 24.
The shows this fall have been fair but "V" looks like it could be pretty good.

If this is the last season then they have to kill off Jack in the last episodes. Would bring the end of Season 1 full circle. That finale was one of the best I have seen in recent memory. I think they have one more season after this though, but I could be wrong.

Its a possibility, since Kiefer has stated in the past he thought it would make sense for his character to go out dead. But there is still the slight chance of him signing on for more seasons so don't know for sure what might happen.
