Theatrical Trailer for Avatar

Fox has released the first full trailer for Avatar. Reaction to the previous teaser was mixed however that isn’t all that surprising considering it isn’t being seen in 3D. The film is intended to be viewed in 3D theaters and the result is supposedly spectacular. Needless to say this new trailer will garner much stronger support.

Written and directed by James Cameron and starring Sam Worthington, Avatar represents a work that was originally envisioned by Cameron in 1994 but the technology to put it on screen wasn’t available until now. The film has been in production over four years and along with it being his first picture since Titanic the anticipation and expectations are extraordinary. Avatar releases on Friday December 18th.
