Lost Season 6 Poster

ABC has released the official poster for the sixth and final season of Lost. Click the image above for the full version of the poster. This is about the only thing that will be available to analyze as the network is not going to show a single second of footage or have any discussion on details relating to the season before it begins on January 20th.

Certainly with a show like Lost images such as this carry some symbolism and could provide some hints as to the fate of the characters. Locke, with his back turned, is the most obvious example of it relating the story given the events that happened at the end of season five. While one or two of the characters from the history of the show are not expected to appear this season most will be involved even if they have been gone from the show for some time.

This is the show that I've been waiting for as they finally wrap up a lot of these loose ends. I'm not going to watch it while the season is going instead I will wait until the show is over to watch it on ABC's website or the DVD's.

I don't see Libby on the poster. So I guess her story of being in the same asylum as Hurley is lost (no pun intended)

Not that anyone really cares (I certainly think this plot is the weakest link in the show), but it's interesting that Kate is standing behind Jack, not Sawyer.
