UFC 2010 Trailer Debut Approaching

During the finals for The Ultimate Fighter a promo for UFC Undisputed 2010 aired providing a message that a trailer for the game would be revealed during the VGAs. That program will be on Saturday night on Spike and the trailer will hit the net soon after. It is possible a release date and cover could accompany the game’s official announcement.

Both UFC 2010 and EA Sports MMA have yet to reveal a release date. UFC 2009 came out on May 19th and that spring period appears to be the release window both are preparing to land in. If UFC 2010 gets released first that would be a devastating blow to the potential EA MMA has of being successful. Based on some of the comments made regarding the coming UFC 2010 announcement THQ may be looking to do just that and hit the market first.

This is all apart of Dana White's ultimate plan to see to it that EA MMA fails miserably. This man plays hardball for real. Its nice to see EA on the short end for once, but I have to admit, EA should have just as much a right to make a licensed titled as the next company. As we have all witness in recent years, exclusivity has yet to benefit the gamer/consumer…

Its certainly interesting to see EA in the underdog role. They need EA MMA to be a really good product to have a chance of doing well.

i recently started playing the game again and i must say that it still is good to me. I had it when it came out, then i stopped after i did the career thing a couple of times and went online other sportsgames came out and i left it. now i'm playing witht he patch and it is still good. i'm on the career again. good replay value. I hope they don;t mess UFC 2010 up. The only thing they could do to make it better is to add tons of signature stuff and signature stances and fighting styles and that they also do animations for when guys are tired as hell, cause we all know how guys punch when they are tired. It's not as crisp as it is when they are in the 1st round.
Machida has a karate style that is not really in the current game, which is too bad.

also they need Sambo and Gaidojutsu etc. I wouldnt mind a mode where I can play s legends of the sport. I want to clinch on the cage. You should be able to customize your subs if cant have more then like 8 (i cant remember how many there were). I think you should be able to kind of major and minor is styles so to speak like pick a boxing wrestler but he knows a little Bjj and a little muy thai. obviously a larger roster. cooler tats. as far as nicknames go how bout a list of little words that we can combine as we please. we should be able to play as current fighters in career. simpler tutorials. I have many more ideas. Feedback?
