Ok alot of u who posted comments wre idiots cuz they havce deffinatly changed the game around for this one for instance catching leg kicks the new variations of submissions the head movement allowing ur character to be mor allusive and the updated rosters. For the first trailer for a game that wont be out untile may thats already quite a bit of change plus if ur morons would take the chance to go to some of the other sites they ask u to vcote on sthe additions to the rosters for every wight class which fight should be added ufc classic fights mode, and which mode should be added The ultimate fighter mode, create a card mode tournament mode and others. so please do your research before saying the game hasn't changed and that thq dont have plans on changing it and im sure that they'll add more blood. and Thq if u read this heres a helpful tip that u might wanna add to the game as feature have it to were they stop fights due to bad cuts and have it so that the blood helps u escape submissions and be submitted.

I'm not a fan of games being released yearly. It makes it very hard to have any significant improvement and leads to a lot of disappointment.

Doesn't matter, because I will just pass this year anyway, but sports games that release yearly have to have some type of gimmick to get people interested. Madden did a great job last year, but they still have so much to work on, and it feels like you are getting an unfinished product.

i saw a couple of other moves and animations.....if you watch mma you'll see the difference. Time will tell, but the first game was great.....i'm still playing it.

Sounds like the antithesis of MLB 2K. MLB 2K is what games strive to be. just when you think they can't go higher they take it to the next level. absolute true life-like sim. The first time I played MLB 2K on my 60 inch screen my wife thought I left the window open and people were playing baseball outside..yes, that's how real this game is. Capitalism at it's finest, I still haven't purchased 2009 yet, waiting for it to drop to 20$ which it will soon enough. I don't care to have the latest and greatest soon as it's out. It's a plain waste to spend 60$ on something that will sell for half that in less than a year. Save your money peeps, don't buy any game unless it's 30$ or less. I could care less about 2010 until that's 20$.

Looks like they're taking a page straight from the old Madden handbook and just updating the rosters. Deff another rental but I have to say I'm going to enjoy demolishing Kimbo and bitchslapping him around the octagon. I feel if they would just add alot more sumbissions and signiture moves and make the game more "fluid" it would be a hit.

To early to say but looks like there depending to much on the publicity of kimbo slice when they should really be thinkin about technical robotic gameplay issues and at least a small increase in graphic details

everything new they showed should have been in the first one (cage interaction, traditional and southpaw stances, more than 8 subs, head movement.. etc) so if thats all they've added they really shouldn't be hyping this game it just embarassing that the didn't have southpaw in the first one in my opinion

cant see this game becoming much better than 2009 than adding a lot more create a character options and more blood. maybe iff they made online mode a bit different too.they should put some old school street fighter stuff in there like destroying a car or a pile of bricks with your character.

People who watch MMA will see the differences. The cage interaction is obvious, but the addition of head movement (shown by Anderson Silva), and new submissions like anaconda chokes, and the new variation on finishing the armbar.

EA MMA looks to have the better graphics. However, there isn't much disparity in the graphics so which ever one is the better game is ultimately going to come down to the gameplay...

If Madden or NBA Live are any indicator, EA MMA's gameplay is going to be shit.

Take your game, update the roster (accurate as of six months ago, mind you), take away a bunch of options (such as various pieces create-a-fighter clothing, an eclectic mix of strikes/holds/grapples, etc.), add in a handful of new ones that you can hype, change control scheme for no reason, and make some change to the mechanic that lets you do something you couldn't do before & likely won't do more than 5 times before you're bored with the game & playing something else.

Pasta has been consistent with UFC. He even put UFC ahead of Fight Night which is totally absurd. Fight Night 4 is an awesome game and the updates keep coming while UFC was like Wii Sports you play it for 1 weekend and you put it to the side collecting dust. Fight Night was built for staying power UFC isn't so expect yearly games with roster updates to get you excited.

Did you follow any coverage of UFC on this site? If you did you'd know how much I liked the game. This trailer leaves a lot to be desired though.
