Plus he is a great tackler, and a big hitter, he was a safety in College, and he is not among the best in tackle/run support among the CBs in Madden.

Mike Jenkins, up to high 80s is About right. But Anthony Spencer up to only 79? For 8 weeks now he's been as good at his position as any other player on the team at theirs. Well for the Cowboys the update was right on. But I do disagree with a LOT of the other changes. Namdi, Heath, Some of the Packers, Vince Young, Celek, Heines Ward, And most of all Tony Romo. Now first off dont say im being partial to the Cowboys. Romo is Statistically the 3rd best QB in the league. Now i know there is more to ratings than stats (i.e. McNabb's playoff history, Manning) but he really is on fire in a month where he is always critized. Win over 13-0 New Orleans, Shut-out against Washington, and a shut-out against an Eagles team that had a chance to obtain a first-round bye. Hes got 9 TD's to 2 picks in his so-called worst month. So for me a 92 would be justified untill he wins a playoff game.

Im going out of topic but the simulation stats in this game are a bunch of BULL. How does Knowshon Moreno rush for 2100 yards and Michael turner for 3000 with like 25 td's. Im just wondering if they are going to fix this. I might not even but it next year this is a disgrace and a dissapointment.

The bad part – The sim stats are like that because of a "fix." The last patch released increased rushing output drastically, and now you get more than a handful of 2,000-yard rushers every year.

Stats were OK before – some were a little off – but now they are ridiculous.

Lol Stafford gets a ratings boost even though he's been hurt for 5 weeks. The Lions are way better on Madden than in real life. I play with them online and win all the time against great teams. A lot of guys on the Lions D need to go down some more before it would be realistic

I can’t believe this how is it that on Houston, Cushing and Ryans both made the Pro Bowl, both are in the top ten in the league in tackles, but niether is rated higher than a 88 ovr that’s bull! Hou hasn’t lose since the last update, finished the season winning their last four games. But still saw a decrease in ratings on both sides of the ball! How does Matt Schaub lead the league in passing yards and still does not get a 90 ovr rating!!! If a RB leads the league in rushing he is either the best or 2nd best RB on the game, and the same goes for WR’s!! But on the game there are 10 QB’s rated higher, and most of them did not have as good of a season as Matt Schuab did! Josh Cribbs is rated way to low. I know that he isnt a great receiver, but the fact is that he is the best player on that whole team. He does anything and everything they need on that offense including playing QB (he doesnt play O-line so not EVERYTHING). I think the guys deserves a bit more credit than he is getting right now

I don't get these updates the ratings are all over the place I can't help but feel there is some bias towards some teams / players it's like who they feel should be better or worse not actual stats and impact on the field.

Wow this makes no sense at all. Nate Burleson went from 81 to 79??? That makes little sense at all, I don't think he has played since the last update AND he finished with 820 or so yards while missing 3 games and if he would have kept up his 64 YPG he would have crossed the 1,000 yard mark. Having Nate Burleson who if he would have played would have gone over 1k yards under 80 is just insane if you ask me. Also David Hawthorne should be at least an 87 or so, he has 120 or so tackles in only 12 games I believe. That's pretty damn impressive.
