Tim Tebow Rumored For NCAA 11 Cover

Everyone fully expects Tim Tebow will be on the cover of NCAA Football 11. That could happen as the cover athlete for just one particular system with EA Sports having provided different covers for each version the last two years. There is also the chance that a player with the collegiate stature of Tebow would provide reason enough for EA to go back into just having a single universal cover athlete.

So it comes as little surprise that a report today states that Tebow is close to finalizing a deal to be on the cover. While he won’t be one of the top picks in the NFL Draft there would be no name that comes close to matching his in terms of marketing and recognition. If EA does go the multi-cover route some others that would be in the discussion would include Ndamakong Suh, Sam Bradford, Jimmy Clausen, C.J. Spiller, and Eric Berry.

It's disgusting that you put Sam Bradford on that list and not Colt McCoy. Sam Bradford was hurt the whole year and therefore did next to nothing. Colt McCoy has the record for most wins ALL TIME for a college QB - 2 time Heisman finalist - won almost every offensive award he was nominated for this past year. What else does he have to do?

From a business prospective, putting Tebow on all of the covers seems like the best option. Some people are absolutely crazy about him and would buy the game for the sole reason that he's on the cover. You really can't say that about any other candidate.
