UFC 2010 Undisputed Rumored Roster

There has been absolutely nothing new on UFC 2010 Undisputed since the trailer was released over a month ago. However now the website Five Ounces of Pain has released a list of the fighters that are expected to make the game’s roster.

Some of the more notable names that will be new for 2010 include Kimbo Slice, Shane Carwin, Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, Jon Jones, Vitor Belfort, and Clay Guida. Continue on for the full list sorted by weight class and leave your thoughts in the comments!

This roster shows some of the cuts made of some the lesser known guys like Tim Bosetch, Jason McDonald, Houston Alexander. They also removed guys who fight for other promotions now like Arlovski, Sylvia, Parisyan, Clementi, Franca, & Werdum. The surprising omissions IMO are Ricardo Almeida & Chris Leben as there was no good reason to take those 2 guys out. I have no interest in Nate Quarry or Patrick Cote. I think the list is a fraud.

Couture and Henderson will not be in the game but this list is pretty much last years roster with a few relevant additions and subtractions in each division. The final roster will be close to this roster with out the strikeforce guys and with some of the new guys on the scene the past 10 months

2009 was so great at first but after a while yes you see that it is lacking in signature styles. I see that cage play will be in 2010 but not sure it will be much better. I would like to see catch weight fights, and an occasional roster update as we see today that nate diaz and diego may move to 170 so the above roster would be out of date and yes i know that is not the final. would like to see some classic fighters like kimo and tank and shamrock and maybe bas rutten, don frye, royce, dan sevren, hopefully by release gomi, renzo and arona will be in the game or again roster updates could add new guys. ALSO EA MMA has more than one league incorporated with stirkeforce being the main league but you can fight other minor or nondescript fights. SO, when will UFC THQ add the WEC into the game. Like smackdown/raw i would like to see UFC/WEC. I have created so many WEC fighters into my 2009. faber, aldo, brown, henderson, pulver, cerrone. I think we will all be buying both games. But i think MMA may be the better game play. Hmmm

urijah faber is on WEC even though WEC is a sister company to UFC this isn't WEC Undisputed. and plus uriah faber is in featherweight, and UFC undisputed doesn't have featherweight let alone in real life as i recall. but nonetheless Urijah Faber is bad ass!

Look, if Dan Henderson is on Strikeforce, than why is he in this game? The NFL has a set of teams that never changes, so they have a set roster everyone knows who will be in there. There are alot of people that fight in the UFC that won't make it in the game. Do some research before you troll, oh wait that's what you were doing. Dont know why the roster is that big of a deal and i keep wondering why people even react when THQ releases rosters (like in WWE for instance).

I mean every time i see a roster for a THQ game i just shrug and say "no s***t"...the wrestlers you see on TV make it into WWE game and the fighters you see on TV will make it into the UFC game. When they "release wrestlers" one-by-one for their WWE its downright laughable. Not exactly a moment full of suspense. This is like EA making a big deal that the Colts are going to be in Madden 11.
