It looks to me that they are exactly the same as 2K9..they are there but no scores or teams or anything…GP is the priority though can't wait for some vids

well batters eye is worse than i thought it would be. its showing the pitch type already and the pitcher is still going through his windup. seriously its one thing to flash the pitch type but it should be a reactionary thing and not here is the pitch, now get ready cause its about to come. terrible.

I will admit the game does look much better than last year, but having made the switch to a PS3 last year, I can't help but to feel that this game still looks a bit on the cartoony side. I do like the player models though. It seems as if they are accurately proportioned and the cloth textures do look very good, although maybe still a bit stiff (see Zambrano pic). Overall, definitely a step up, but it still has a long way to go in order to compete with The Show.

well considering theres no check swing, it gives some novice players a better chance. if they dont put it in the game, there will be a lot of people striking out like crazy

I think the pics look ok (graphics look good but the stadiums are laughable). I never really trust any pics 2k releases because they're always touched up. Being a PS3 owner I have the luxury of playing The Show (which I think is a better game) and rent 2k and enjoy both games.

I don't think 2K ever had a problem with the "look" of the game. In still shots, their baseball product always has a solid visual appeal. I remember people getting psyched about 2K9 after looking at the glossy screens of Alex Gordon, etc.

I am so glad I own a PS 3 and will be getting the show. That flash of the pitch type is terrible…This game is gonna bomb…badly..How can a game with a license be this poor? The show is delivering solid news hourly it seems on some boards and 2k's response is to ignore it and hope it goes away..shouldnt they be trying to get their info out to excite people? oh no I guess if you dont have any just pretend youre saving something big..or deny deny deny and act confused by your own info ( way to go Devs..because seriously if you guys are pros..know your shit before you talk and if youre the PR guy talking to the "press" be ready for questions and be able to explain things) Terrible all around 2k

I tried giving 2K a chance but I never found anything I liked about them..If the 2k series was better or if any game was better than their competition..it will sell and do better but getting blown away by a game that is on PS 3 only is sad. I dont like hating on 2K but there are so many fan boys of 2k that cant except the Show and cant be realistic with their comments…the show boards are full..and I mean full of the same 2 or 3 2k fanboys bitching and making stupid statements about the show…even the 2k devs get worked up when they get criticism.

I have played The Show since 2006 and its the best baseball franchise out period, but wow am i glad that i have a PS3 and are able to get The Show for 2010 again. Yankee Stadium in this game, as telling from the screenshot, looks like absolute SHIT. What happened? After seeing a "3D" video of The Show, Yankee Stadium in that video looked absloutely superb compared to this garbage. All 2K cares about are player models. I guess graphics look a little better but that doesnt matter unless the gameplay is good, and im pretty sure its going to be below average again. Thank god Sony makes such a great game and actually listens to what their fans have to say. So pumped for THE SHOW, not this 2K ludicrous.
