NBA Jam Gameplay Trailer

The first trailer for NBA Jam has been released and includes a good amount of gameplay and catchphrase audio direct from the game. NBA Jam has been announced as a Wii exclusive with no release date yet official but it is expected to arrive in Q3 putting it between October and the end of the year. There are plans to bring it to XBL and PSN that will not happen until sometime in 2011. Continue on for the debut trailer and leave your thoughts in the comments!

For a game still in development, this looks awesome. Can't wait to pick this up. Sucks to have to wait so long for the PSN/XBL versions though!

Awesome. Looks like they nailed NBA Jam for what it was best known for. Now with upgraded graphics and authentic home courts. This is a total day 1 purchase…easy.

I am just praying there are no motion controls involved. thats the only thing that would suck.

granted even if there was, im assuming there would be a classic control scheme.

Wooo, that looks hella fun. I miss NBA Jam. They should have a create-a-player mode on it, and a tournament mode like NBA TE though. We'll see….

I would love to play this game since I never played the first one but I don't have a Wii, Oh well I guess I will wait.

At least it's not a Wii exclusive anymore. I wonder if the extra time for PSN and XBL will allow them to make some improvements to the one that comes on the Wii first.

I believe there are motion controls, but they are optional (can play it just with the controller) and limited (like flick up to dunk type of thing).

Looks like vintage NBA Jam… Not sure I will be able to get past the amateurish heads on the players.

it sucks that you only have 3 guys per team………..it looks really good to me. i have the PS2 nba jam and thatone is also pretty great.
