Second NBA Elite 11 Gameplay Video

Last night EA Sports released the first footage directly captured from NBA Elite 11. It seemed to have been put together in reaction to the off-screen footage that made it out over last weekend. Even with what was meant to display the game under ideal conditions the general reaction was quite heavily negative.

Now a second gameplay vid has arrived via Operation Sports. This one features the Oklahoma City Thunder @ Detroit Pistons and is the first look at CPU vs User (all prior videos have been head-to-head). Continue on to check it out and leave your thoughts in the comments!

    This biggest thing for me is that when they shoot their arms look broken and the net effect is so stupid. They really need help over at EA, because they are killing me with these gimmicky games. Adding NBA Jam is the only reason I would even get the game and even then I would download NBA Jam and trade NBA Elite “Live” whatever they want to call it in!!!

    You’re right! It is completely ok for a game made in this technology to not even be able to tell when a basketball actually goes through a net. I guess in Madden if a ref calls a touchdown while a player is 5 yards away, that’s ok too.

    Seriously does anyone play on this type of camera angle. Pasta you should take a poll and ask what camera people use. I’m guessing most people aren’t going to say this view.

    Soooo disappointing…they finally make Live good enough for me to buy and then they go and eff it up.

    And seriously, why can they not at least get better net physics…NBA nets hardly alter the progress of the ball…the way the ball always get “caught” by the net in Live/Elite is extremely unsatisfying

    where is the real physics in the game? i saw none. i saw few contacts, stiff running like ps2, shoot like robot, and dunks are like live 10. but no look passes are nice.

    but the game looks good. but 2k may look better. thats my opinion.

    this game does not look all the way done yet feel like there holding back a lot more then from last year ive always been a ea fan sence bulls vs lakers for genesis i kno thats way back but still im not goin to count this game out like everyone else is and i will be gettin 2k11 as well

    Hate to say Im a forever time LIVE player but its starting to look ugly for EA and the basketball franchise…. Is this the year i giving to the switch my loyalty deserves some love EA is not giving and all i want is a good game
