The next roster update for Madden 11, expected out on Friday, takes into consideration everything that has happened up to and through week three of the NFL season. This update includes Eagles QB Michael Vick getting a 5 point boost up to an 85 just in time to face off with Donovan McNabb. He has gone from a 75 to an 85 over the course of the last three updates. Vikings RB Adrian Peterson and Raiders CB Nnamdi Asomugha have recaptured 99 ratings.

14 teams have also received overall ratings changes. The biggest beneficiaries are the Chiefs that have moved from 74 to 78 and the Bears that have gone up from 79 to 82. The most player increases belongs to the Chiefs with 14. The Raiders, Steelers, and Bears all had 7 players go up. The Panthers and Bucs saw the most players drop with 8 each.

Continue on to check out the full list of details for the sixth Madden 11 roster update and leave your thoughts in the comments!

  • quaye

  • huejac2

I have been reframing from saying this but for the Bucs after 1 loss toget 8 reductions and Dallas to get 5 boosts after their second consecutive loss last week. Wow! I know the Bucs lost this week and the Cowboys won but in week two after a win where the Bucs had their second consecutive win, in a game for example where Bucs DE Stylzes G White had 1 sack and 5 tackles and got no boost. The Bucs other DE Tim Crowder in the same game had a ever better game with 2 sacks and 1 forced fumble yet no boost. Mean while in the Dallas week 2 after teams second consecutive loss DE/OLB D Ware had only 2 tackles and got a boost. This is garbage.

    • walkergodeep

man they was waiting for the bucs to lose so they could drop all our players donny moore is a bitch

  • ME

Seems kinda crazy to say but I’m for and against the weekly changes. Maybe if they are gonna do them weekly do 1 pt at a time or something. I do like having something to look forward to every Thursday and Friday.

WHY IS MADDEN GAME GETTING BORING!!!!!!? The game today is being program for the designers not for the player who purchase the game, i could remember when the sticks was the sticks as to say where you want the ball to go on a passing route the left stick could do that for you by leading the reciever with the left stick whether it be right, left, up, and down, as a player where you want to throw it soon as you press the reciever icon button the stick does the rest. On running the ball it use to be the left stick and push buttons for what moves you would like to perform which gave us the players total control with the game and that we did love. Madden now has to much player ratings category and that is taking away you as the player total control comfortability and putting it in the designers ratings category hands, which means a bad team can’t play with a good team because of designer ratings, but if they had keep the old ways of control and cut down on these so much ratings there would be a compete instead of everybody jumping on the highest rated teams, EA had nail gameplay long time ago before so much player ratings and the only work they needed to do for the game was and still is presentation, graphics, player cut scenes, regular season cut scenes, playoff cut scenes and superbowl cut scenes. Now there is a new mode call gameflow, i don’t know about your’ll but when my real life nfl team gets beat my relief is playing madden with me having total control of everything that goes on against the opponent am playing against not some cpu picking what i must do, come on EA instead this new mode and so much player ratings your’ll could have been working on PRESENTATION, GRAPHICS, PLAYER CUT SCENES, REAGULAR SEASON CUT SCENES, PLAYOFF CUT SCENES, PROBOWL CUT SCENES AND SUPERBOWL CUT SCENES.

STEELERS: not just pouncy for our oline deserved boost… our whole line deserved one we had huge ushing game and didnt get sacked our back up lineman started for the injured trai essex and was a beast but hes like a 65 overall in game… heath miller decrease is understandable he hasnt really done anything, rashard raise thank you he is like 4rth leading rusher in nfl right now, mike wallace and batch raises thank you and i hope batch got speed raise, and woodley and harrison thanks for raises but if harrison deserved one so did polamalu… and isaac redman needs a boost he has been a monster short yardage back and been our fullback for most plays along with david johnson but they r both like 65 overall at fb and need higher run blocking since they r another reason why rashard has been so good

  • Blondeviking64

I do not think it should be possible for a players ratings to go up 5 points in less than 5 games. Anything at that pace or higher is insane since we obviously rate players on one week rather than on a body of work. I hate this. It should be every four weeks. Anything quicker than that is stupid. Seriously.

  • Raiderking515

I feel like darren should got more points but its cool.
    nice up grade

  • Mogana20

Tony Romo deserves an Increase (Play Action is only 68)His 68.8 Completion Percentage ranks (5th in the NFL) His 940 Passing Yards ranks (4th in the NFL) His Average of 313.3 Passing Yards per game ranks (4th in the NFL) His 88 Completions (LEADS THE NFL) His 128 Attempts (LEADS THE NFL) Yet He still boasts a 68.8 Completion Percentage all the more reason for His 68 Play Action to raise

  • Kingmitchell05

donny moore: peyton hillis is faster than an 84 , in like week one or two he chase the guy from behind like 20 or 30 yrds and caught him and made the tackle, come on, but can dig the rest! help out cribbs speed too, 92? come on hes atleast a 95 or 96 man….. keep up the great work EA

Screw EA and Madden. Been waiting for the latest roster update to start a franchise had yesterday off and decided just to wait till today to start it. And guess what no update go figure. God I cant wait to drop this PoS game in a few days when NBA 2k comes out.

  • Gmen87

Ok. Im a true Giants fan and i dont understand the method behind some of these player increases/decreases. I understand Jacobs and Manning dropping, but why must Tuck drop too? If you watched the past game against the Titans he clearly was a big reason why CJ did not run all over them. Also, Webster dropped too. I guess I understand that a little bit more, but by next week both of them will probably be up 1 or 2 more points. I just dont understand the method behind these changes. Does any1?

  • Lordvorbis

Corey Webster is 88 overall? That’s outrageous! Ridiculously overrated…

  • xHOPupOutDAbedx

polamalu didnt go up and i see no reason why heath miller dropped 2 points

  • xHOPupOutDAbedx

theres NO way in hell roy williams is better than mike wallace…. and cowboys fans quit being fags about ratings u had one good game! your whole team does not deserve an upgrade… so much for being the superbowl favorites. pitt without ben is 3-0 and favorites over the ravens this week

  • Jjwells89

people quitin in the first half and me not gettin a win is gay, slowin the kick meter down then speedin it right back up was gay. i done lost 2 games because of missd field goals bcuz the damn meter is skippin around. madden is really startn to piss ah nigga off
