New Nike NFL Uniforms Unveiled

This morning Nike rolled out the new NFL uniforms along with showcasing their on-field accessories and other merchandise. Most teams received no apparent alterations to their uniform designs – instead the changes come with the materials and of course the presence of the Nike ‘swoosh’. The Seahawks however revealed a radical redesign which is like nothing else in the league. Check out a full gallery of Seahawks images and profiles of all the NFL teams.

Anticipation now turns to seeing the updated jerseys and new accessories in Madden NFL 13. What do you think of the changes Nike has brought to the NFL so far?

I think they are fucking horrible…The College look has no fucking business being in the NFL. I don’t give a hit if Nike makes them or not. If I was a Seahawk fan, I’d lose my fucking mind…What is with the little ”U” flower-like designs all over the fucking uniform? No Seahawk on the sleeves? Are you fucking kidding me?…Don’t even get me started on the fucking helmet…

  Look, I don’t mind the uniforms, NOW. The Seahawks are hidious. HORRIBLE. Eventually, every team, one by one, will get this type of radical design…That is what I HATE…They have no business to even remotely look like the NCAA, in the future. None.

    You don’t know that, it is ultimately up to the team to decided. We wont get this from the Packers, Cowboys, etc. Falcons and Eagles also decided to let this round pass by. I believe that the teams that needed adjustments did not take the opportunity. I also despise this collar design. I generally like Nike designs, but these need work. There are way too many good designs out there to settle on these. I wasn’t a fan of some of the changes Reebok made as of late either ( Cardinals, Vikings, Jags). I think it will be interesting to watch how bad Madden jacks up these unis though. It seems that every year someone makes a change Madden gets it wrong, not to mention all of the other uni errors the game commits. Look at Buffalo in Madden 12, sleeves and helmet are wrong. I hope this isn’t the end of the throwback. I don’t mean alternate.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but most of these jerseys actually rock. The best thing about this deal is that New Era will be making the headwear and that is awesome because I hated Reebok’s caps and I am starting to get sick of baseball caps. Man this was a pretty awesome job/deal by the NFL, now if only they could hear our crys about the exclusivity deal…

  hopefully because that should be where nike can create sick alternate jersey’s, because nothing has changed in these except the seahawks

not bad….but no radical changes unless approved by the NFL. nice big nike logo on the sleeves, not surprised by that. the chargers should change their home uniform to the powder blue jerseys….just sayin’.

Seattle should have went back to the old colors and uniform design like the Bills. All grey uniforms from helmet, jersey & pants with the old school blue & green numbers & outlines… The Broncos need orange pants to match their jerseys, not feeling the white pants with the blue helmet
