A brand new trailer has arrived for G.I. Joe: Retaliation representing the first look at the film since the announcement of it’s delay back in May. The film was originally scheduled to hit theaters in June before being pushed back nine months to allow for a conversion to 3D – the official reasoning given – but also to significantly beef up the role played by Channing Tatum given his rise in popularity. G.I. Joe: Retaliation is slated to release on March 29, 2013.
In this sequel, the G.I. Joes are not only fighting their mortal enemy Cobra; they are forced to contend with threats from within the government that jeopardize their very existence.
