NFL Tour Tournament Results

Thanks to everyone who took part in the tournament. It went relatively smoothly and turned out to be a lot of fun. It was nice having a large group in just enjoying the games. The lack of time commitment for each one was a real benefit to coordinating and completing the tournament successfully.
Here is the final bracket.
After starting with 15 teams it came down to the championship game which saw pigskin18 (Cowboys) taking on elmira express (Seahawks). By a score of 29-20 it was elmira express with the victory. He wins the Kevin Durant autographed March Madness 08 cover and 360 copy of the game.
In his four games, elmira express won by an average of only 4.25 points. Two of the victories were by only two points. Elsewhere in the tournament there were only a couple blowouts. For the most part the games were very competitive with several coming down to the final play.
Then elmira took me on in a bonus game which I recorded. Continue on to watch the videos as broken down by half. The game turned out to be a great one that also went down to the wire.
Congrats on the win elmira and thanks for the great tournament pasta. I didn’t make it far, but those down to the last play games are always fun, even if you are on the losing side. 1 point down and 10 yards short of the victory! Hope to see some more tourneys in the future even if there aren’t any prizes.

HAh i wish i wouldnt of forfeited, i beat elmira by over 30 a couple games before the tournament lol
It was a fun little tourney, the game is tough on defense (for me anyways lol). I swear I cannot time a knockdown or interception for nothing.
thats because i threw 2 many picks and i hope u would beat the seahawks with the chargers lol n e time you want to go sd vs sd and lose just send me a msg or better yet try a different team out for once

wade I watched my cousin (pigskin18) play you in a random ranked game earlier that day and you used Chargers and called HB Keeper to LT every play…which is SO LAME.

Yeah, I played Wade in the first round. HB Keeper pretty much on every play. Poor sportsmanship all around, including some runbacks in which he ran back out and around the goal line in what was obviously him taunting.
hahah im 60-0, but i cant back it up…
regian- i ran around the goal line to waste the clock before the half so i can score and then get the ball back, i wasnt taunting, and btw….you suck
HB Keeper is a play in the game, its not like a secret anyone can use it…and its very stoppable, i can stop it easily, its all about the D…so why would i stop using a play that i’m good at using and that i think is fun using bc its fun to break mad tackles with LT?

i just got this game, and i found out why its only worth 60 dollars. it looks like it took EA Big 20 minutes to make the game

Hey Wade, if you haven’t lost.. then why don’t you own the Durant signed cover. Pretty sure a Forfeit is on par with an L.
You knew when the tournament started, you knew how long the games lasted and you punked out on it. Go be an @$$hole on another site, because no one here wants to put up with your s**t or share the boards with your overinflated ego.
