NBA Live 10 Patch #2 Out Soon

The second patch for NBA Live 10 is expected out tomorrow (Tuesday) for the Xbox 360 and sometime in the next week for the PS3. While there are no specifics yet on what the patch addresses it is expected to fix some issues that were caused by the first patch as well as correct some faults that have been exploited online. That likely has to do with three point percentages when shots are taken under specific circumstances. Hopefully the full list of changes will be made available tomorrow once the patch goes live.

they should make the game like ncaa basketball 2010. you can actually make it to the hole without getting interrupted everytime. and the defense is much better. AND they should fix it so that you don't lose the ball everytime you get met by a defender near the post

Yeah whats moire funny is that they take not only two months to put out the patch but that the patch doesnt fix what it is suppose to fix!! And causes some other new problems on the game!!!

While these fixes are needed, I think it's too late to save the Live/NCAA series. EA hasnt given much of a reason for diehard 2kers to switch,and diehard Live fans are moving on as represented by the sales numbers. BTW do you have updated sales #'s? DNA has been a mess this season so far. If this game doesnt do a smidgen better in sales next year, they might as well dissovle their basketball games. Your thoughts?

Both Basketball games are not up to par this year but this patch will help if it fixes what it is suppose to.

I sincerely disagree. I don't own live but even with its problem its the best live in years. And since 2ks patch its the best bball game I've ever played(offline). So if ur an online gamer I understand.

I'm an offline player myself and while I did like 2k's gameplay and graphics slightly more than Live, I thought that Live's situational AI was better and thats why I stuck to Live. When I play against the CPU I want them to play down the stretch like another human controlled player would play. I hate when the CPU is down by a few buckets and they're taking their sweet old time running offensive sets and letting the clock tick away. Or when it clearly makes more sense to go for a three pointer and they set up for a two point basket. Little things like that is why I didn't go with 2K, being an offline franchise player. I'd really like to know what the patch for Live is supposed to fix.

I'd like to pick it up mostly because i'm an offline guy, I like association modes and I'm into Lives dynamic season but haven't touched dynasty mode.

one last not I do know people who have say that nothing compares to live as far as player control and controller scheme
