The big Anniversary Update for Rocket League has gone live

Two years ago Rocket League released to intrigue due in large part to being free through PlayStation Plus, but not as a game that anyone would have imagined would become the sensation it still is to this day. To celebrate developer Psyonix has now released the Anniversary Update for the game which includes a free arena, two cars, additions to the soundtrack, customization options for goal explosions, trails, and engine sounds plus more! Rocket League can currently be had on sale for $10 on PS4 or $12 on XB1 and PC

♦FREE new arena named ‘Champions Field’ celebrates the pure competition found in Rocket League, complete with a massive statue featuring our shield logo, triple-decker seating (a must in any modern sports entertainment complex), and enough stadium lighting to make your match visible from outer space

♦FREE Rick & Morty Customization items distributed as Common drops after online and offline matches, including Rick and Morty Antennas, ‘Cromulon,’ ‘Mr. Meeseeks,’ and ‘Mr. PBH’ Toppers, an ‘Interdimensional GB’ Rocket Boost, and ‘Sanchez DC-137’ Wheels

♦‘Rocket League Radio,’ which adds a new default music playlist “Rocket League x Monstercat” with 18 new tracks from EDM music label Monstercat
