    The new league year in the NFL began last Thursday of course being headlined by the opening of free agency.     On the heels of one ugly situation that saw the Madden Bowl champion penalized due to conduct on social media now EA Sports has announced findings of an investigation and it involves the winner of the Madden Classic.     The second EA Sports game from 2016 has now reached the Vault in EA Access. Madden NFL 17 was added today making it available in full to all subscribers. EA Access is currently exclusive to Xbox One with Sony declining to offer the service on PS4 despite its remarkable value.     The sixth post-release patch for Madden NFL 17 went out today and it's a substantial one. Not only is it somewhat unusual to get a patch after a NFL season has ended, it's especially so considering gameplay is the focus of the update.     The roster update which follows Super Bowl LI is now available to download in Madden NFL 17. Expected to be the final update of the season it delivers some ratings changes mostly affecting the New England Patriots and Atlanta Falcons while freeing up any remaining injured players.
