New on DVD: Week of November 3

This week isn’t a bad week for releases compared to the last few weeks. The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3 was a pretty decent movie. The storyline was a bit far fetched at times, but overall it was an enjoyable movie. Also hitting stores is Watchmen: The Ultimate Cut. In September, I posted the details of what would be included in the special edition. It is definitely something to consider for the die-hard Watchmen fanatic. G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra will also release this week. I’m not expecting something spectacular, but mainly want to see it because I grew up with G.I. Joe action figures.
