Red Band Trailer for Cop Out

In late December the first trailer for the Kevin Smith directed Cop Out went out. For the most part it was met with indifference as it really offered nothing new and was short on laughs despite the potential chemistry between stars Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan. Originally titled A Couple of Dicks the name was changed because TV networks wouldn’t air ads for the movie. Now it appears that first trailer was gimped to an extent also.

Warner Brothers has now released a red band trailer which is immensely more entertaining. I had gone from looking forward to the movie to thinking it appeared to be far too generic after the first trailer. My initial interest has come right back after watching the red band offering. Cop Out is slated to release on February 26th.
