RBI Baseball 15 Now Available on iOS

Given that the return of RBI Baseball was a much better fit on mobile than consoles last year it was a surprise early this month when MLB Opening Day rolled around yet the new edition was not out for iOS and Android. Instead the overpriced and underwhelming (hey, a 45 Metacritic is better than last year’s 23!) Xbox One and PS4 versions were released in time for the season.

Today RBI Baseball 2015 finally arrived for iOS devices and presumably Android is close behind. The game goes for $5 on mobile compared to $20 on consoles. The main feature missing from what is available with the console version is Online Play, but that feature has proven to be worthless there because no one is buying the game. The value then is much better on mobile given they’re basically the same game on both.
