Coming out of Comic-Con the most immediate release that had my anticipation raised from attending a panel for was The Other Guys. Footage was shown, which included some from the film and some that didn't make the cut, and it was out of control funny. A couple weeks ago Sony put out a clever motion poster as the first thing to hit for The Other Guys. Now the first trailer for the Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg comedy has been released. Directed by Adam McKay (Anchorman, Step Brothers) the movie also includes Dwayne Johnson, Samuel L. Jackson, Craig Robinson and Eva Mendes. The plot involves two detectives who get an opportunity to step up from their “B Team” status but things don’t go exactly as planned.
