EA Sports UFC on Mobile Awkwardly Still Fronted by Jon Jones
The first UFC game for mobile was released by EA just over a week ago and the company already finds themselves in a pickle. Jon Jones was arrested this week after alleged involvement in a hit-and-run. EA Sports UFC Now Available on Mobile
EA Sports UFC has finally made it out for iOS and Android devices. The game was initially offered in a few select regions two months ago and has now reached North America and others. That's been the M.O. for the company on mobile, offering games first almost as a betas in a few places before rolling it out worldwide. EA Sports UFC Patch #7 Now Available
A seventh patch released today for EA Sports UFC that delivers the four fighters mentioned in yesterday's article. Anthony Johnson, Rafael dos Anjos, and Eddie Alvarez come in rated 92 overall while Holly Holm is 90. It weighs in at 1.15 GB. Additionally it's the fifth out of those seven patches to alter gameplay in some form or fashion. The winner of Best Post-Release Support in the 2014 Pastapadre Community Awards isn't done yet! To date 18 fighters have been added to the roster in EA Sports UFC. EA Sports UFC Now Available in EA Access Vault
As announced last week EA Sports UFC is now available as one of the games in the "Vault" with EA Access on Xbox One. Subscribers to the service will have unlimited playtime with the complete game - essentially it's "owned" digitally until the subscription is allowed to expire. EA Sports UFC Will Be Added to EA Access Vault Next Week
Those who didn't grab EA Sports UFC digitally when it was available for under $14 on the week of Black Friday, and that have an Xbox One, will have another opportunity to play it for cheap. The four legends revealed earlier this month have made their way into EA Sports UFC today. Acting as the sixth patch for the game on PS4 and Xbox One it comes in at a whopping 1.08 GB despite apparently being limited to just them and nothing else. The four new fighters make for 18 that have now been added to the roster since the game released in June.
