Soundtrack for MLB 2K12
It's not often that a soundtrack makes the official features list for a sports game - especially when that list goes only five items deep. That was the case with MLB 2K12 however and today 2K Sports unveiled the full track listing for the game which is now just over two weeks from release. MLB 2K12 Expands Perfect Game Contest to Feature Eight Person Tournament
The first two years of the $1 million Perfect Game Challenge have for all intents and purposes ended on the first day but that is much less likely to occur with MLB 2K12. Cover Athlete for MLB 2K12 Will Be Revealed on Thursday
2K Sports today announced that the cover athlete for Major League Baseball 2K12 will be made official at the 2011 Players Choice Awards on Thursday evening. The program will air on MLB Network for an hour beginning at 5PT/8ET. This is widely expected to be the final year for the MLB 2K franchise as the third party exclusive contract will expire at the end of 2012. NCAA Football 12 Tops July Sales Charts
There were several notable developments that came with the release of NPD's official sales numbers for July. Overall it was the weakest performance for video game sales since 2006 and NCAA Football 12 easily took first place. It was already known the game was seeing increased sales over the prior year - 17% for the first two weeks - and it ended up finishing 15% higher when comparing respective first month numbers. (more…)...

MLB 2K11 Patch Introduces New Problem in Franchise Mode
Those who had the patience to wait over two months for 2K Sports to release a patch for MLB 2K11 that would address many issues including the broken fatigue in franchise mode are now faced with another problem.
