Earlier today THQ declared bankruptcy and the intention to sell off assets to Clearlake Capital Group representing the latest development in what is the gradual demise of the company. While some ongoing projects at THQ have been confirmed to continue development the one property on the most shaky ground considering its licensed status is WWE. Pre-orders of WWE 13 will receive a code to download a playable Mike Tyson. The deal is non-exclusive so all major retailers will be offering it - with Amazon the first to post it today. Last week a trailer leaked for WWE 13 that confirmed the "Attitude Era" theme, CM Punk as the cover star, and October 30 as the release date. Now THQ has officially announced the game and rolled out the central features for this year's iteration accompanied by descriptions of each.
