    During the course of E3 the mobile version of FIFA 14 was announced and most newsworthy was that it will be coming to both iOS and Android devices. EA took the year off from Android with FIFA 13 which was the winner of the Best Mobile Sports Game Community Choice Award after releasing FIFA 12 for both (though Android had to wait longer for it).     Michael Vick may have come up short in the vote for the Madden NFL 12 cover but he now has a game of his own to promote. Mike Vick: GameTime is out now for the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad for free. Reviews are quite good for an iOS app of this nature with the fun factor seemingly resonating - though complaints regarding the pressure to make in-app purchases, ineffective scrambling, and repetitive gameplay are being noted as well. Now though an exact date has been pinned down and it's April 12 for all those who pre-order before going wide on April 15.     Management games are nothing new to mobile but with an uptick in player interest, due in part to the success of Ultimate Team mode in EA Sports console titles, more attempts are being made at creating them in the one place that the exclusivity of the NFL license doesn't reach to.
