    The latest patch for The Golf Club continues the excellent post-release support from HB Studios since arriving digitally for the consoles in August and even before that with the PC version. The patch went out late last night on both Xbox One and PS4 and it most notably includes the highly anticipated Handicap System, a new theme, and two new courses.     Sony's digital round of sales this week includes The Golf Club on PlayStation 4 for $20.99 (PS Plus subscribers) and $24.49 (Non-subscribers). It's the first opportunity to get the game at a discount since releasing in August for $40. The deal is available through December 22.     Having spent $35 on The Golf Club, a fairly heavy price for an unlicensed digital download title, some consumers on the PS4 were met by a game that was virtually unplayable.     The Golf Club is out now on Xbox One and can be purchased and queued up for download here. It has also left Early Access on Steam for PC where it has been out since mid-April.     Earlier this month HB Studios announced a likely date of the digital-only release of The Golf Club with hopes it could be out earlier. That has turned out to be the case on one of the consoles. The Golf Club will release Tuesday, August 19 on Xbox One. That date will also see the game leave "Early Access" for full PC release on Steam.
