MLB The Show 16 gets its first new packs of the regular season
Two new card packs began being offered in the MLB The Show 16 store yesterday. The "Prime Time Performers" and "Swing For The Fences" packs go for 5,000 coins and contain 3 player cards with a higher chance them being Gold or Diamond. The math doesn't really add up to make one of these packs a good value purchase however. MLB 15: The Show gamers continue to wait with baited breath for the huge roster update that Sony San Diego had promised would come around the All-Star break since last month. MLB 15: The Show Diamond Dynasty Market Report for Early-July
The July 6th roster update for MLB 15: The Show contained only 32 updates making it the "calm before the storm". During a pre-E3 stream put on by the development team at Sony San Diego, mention was made that a “wholesale update similar to what we do in between annual releases” will be completed around the All-Star break. MLB 15: The Show Diamond Dynasty Market Report for Late-June
The roster update on June 22nd for MLB 15: The Show has brought with it an onslaught of hot corner upgrades. In the last Market Report we examined the fall of Adrian Beltre which made Josh Donaldson the highest overall rated third baseman.
