Way back in April the Top 15 toughest places to play in NCAA Basketball 10 were determined via fan voting. EA Sports has now released a video that features a countdown of the top 10. IGN also has a quick Q&A regarding the home court advantage that will be included in the game which you can check out in its entirety here. IGN: If I select a school that's not on the top ten toughest places to play list for my dynasty, can I build them into such a powerhouse that they'll eventually make it...

The NCAA Basketball 10 features list is now out thanks to Gamestop. With only three weeks until the game is released and a little over a week until the demo there has been reason to wonder why no other features or improvements have been discussed. Now having the list it becomes seems that there is just little else to go on except for one new addition that will probably be talked more about in the coming weeks. NCAA Basketball 10 appears to best described as college-hybrid of NBA Live 10 g...

It is hard to believe but the release of NCAA Basketball 10 is just over three weeks away as it will arrive on November 17th. The demo will be out two weeks from today. EA has been releasing a barrage of trailers and short gameplay clips, however the actual features for the game remain unknown. No features list has been made available and no news on the game other than relating to presentation and motion offenses has come from previews. Because of this I'm concerned because the addition o...
  • New NCAA Basketball 10 Gameplay Video

Yet another new NCAA Basketball 10 video has been released. This one features some presentation examples from the CBS and ESPN broadcasts along with some gameplay featuring North Carolina @ Duke and Villanova @ Georgetown. While the video displays a Top 25 this is just the default Top 25 in the game and not a result of a dynasty mode simulation. Also for some reason the commentary barely audible which is a shame as that is an integral part of the presentation experience. Continue on to wa...
  • NCAA Basketball 10 Motion Offenses

Two new videos have been released for NCAA Basketball 10 that focus on the motion offenses. One features the numerous different types of motion offenses with an example of a team that runs each. The other is a tutorial of sorts that explains how the motion offenses are run with the new play calling controls. I really had no idea what was going on in the first video but the second one helps bring it all together. The movement and variation in the different offenses appears to be the main ...
  • NCAA Basketball 10 First Gameplay Videos

Thanks to Gamespot the first videos of actual gameplay are now out for NCAA Basketball 10. Two are from CBS presented games with Michigan @ Boston College and Auburn @ Kansas and one uses the ESPN presentation with Stanford @ Georgetown. Each runs just over a minute long. What I liked outside of the TV replicated presentation was the player movement on offense which looks very active and fluid. The commentary (CBS especially) feels a little empty at times which is probably because this is...
  • NCAA Basketball 10 Hands-On from IGN

IGN has posted up a hands-on article for NCAA Basketball 10. Primarily discussed is the new CBS and ESPN integrated presentation and the play calling. There are also a few mentions of the raucous crowd and gameplay compared to NBA Live 10. No new feature mentions are made so whether the game has added online dynasty is still unknown. You can check out the full article here. The one slight change that has been made to the core basketball gameplay is that NCAA moves at a slightly quicker clip...
  • NCAA Basketball 10 Demo Dated

    Posted October 13th, 2009 at 6:40 pm 58 Comments »
The official website for NCAA Basketball 10 has revealed that the demo for the game will be out on Friday November 6th. With that falling on a Friday it seems that it will be out for the 360 and PS3 on the same day otherwise the graphic should have specified otherwise. No news on what the demo will entail. Given the focus on presentation it is expected to feature a CBS or ESPN game. As for the teams involved it will likely be a rematch of the NCAA Championship between Michigan State and N...
